Egg scramble is an easy cooking recipe, and you need 1 tbsp olive oil, four eggs, one chopped onion, two cloves of chopped garlic, one cup thawed hash browns, one cup mix vegetables, one chopped tomato, two cups shredded cheese, half tsp slat and half tsp pepper.
Crack eggs in a bowl, add pepper and salt, beat them till all mix well and set aside. Heat oil, add onions, cook for about five minutes, and add chopped garlic, mixed vegetables, hash browns and tomatoes. Keep stirring occasionally using spatula. Pasta toss is another easy cooking recipe, and the ingredients include two cups dried penne pasta, one can chopped tomatoes, half cup prepared pesto sauce, two tbsp olive oil, one chopped onion, two cloves of chopped garlic, once cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and two tbsp parmesan cheese.
Prepare pasta as per the directions given on the packet. Heat oil, add onion and cook for almost five minutes. Now add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté till mushrooms cook. Add tomatoes and pesto, and stir in the vegetables. Boil the mixture and cook on medium heat till the sauce becomes little thick. Add pasta and combine it with the sauce. Add cheese on the top.
